Return & Refund Policy
At Kilt Attire, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order, as most of our products are custom made.
Custom Made Products
Most of our kilts and outfits are made to order according to customer-selected measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging are required for verification.
Once approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item
- Exchange for the correct product
- Refund (if applicable)
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items shipped. Exchange requests must be made within 90 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items worn outdoors or altered
- Products returned without prior approval
Return Conditions
Approved return or exchange items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in resalable condition.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only after confirmation from our customer support team. If production has started, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Production usually begins within 1 business day.
